Carolina Farm Stewardship Association 

Carolina Farm Stewardship Association strengthens local food systems through technical assistance, education, and advocacy. Our farm services team provides small to medium-sized organic and sustainable farms in the Carolinas with technical assistance, from production and food safety to marketing support. farm businesses and achieve farmer prosperity.

Future Harvest 

Since 1998, Future Harvest – a membership nonprofit – has been proud of its role in moving the Chesapeake region’s agriculture forward. Their member farms are leaders and practical laboratories for developing and championing practices that lead to commercial success through the lens of protecting soils and waterways. The organization is known for their farmer-to-farmer education, beginner farmer training, annual conference and community building among farmers, food businesses, policy makers, and consumers.

Georgia Organics 

Georgia Organics is the oldest statewide non-profit in Georgia providing direct support to local and organic farmers. They offer services such as one-on-one technical assistance, resource provision, group instruction, and cohort programs to help farmers build and maintain strong farm businesses and achieve farmer prosperity.

Virginia Association for Biological Farming 

The Virginia Association for Biological Farming (VABF) is Virginia’s leading organization encompassing a community of farmers, gardeners, market growers, ranchers, homesteaders, educators, advocates, and general supporters of local and sustainable food systems. VABF’s mission is to educate about, advocate for, and promote organic and biological farming and gardening.

Association of Specialty Cut Flower Growers

The ASCFG was formed in 1988 to educate, unite, and support cut flower growers. Our work involves providing production and marketing information to growers; connecting members through educational programming, online communications, and events; supporting floriculture research on farms and in academia; and encouraging the purchase and use of locally-grown flowers.
