Overview
Tall, warm season annual forage grass. Better drought tolerance than Foxtail or Japanese Millet. Thrives on good soils but can tolerate poorer or nutrient starved soils. Well suited for baleage, silage, grazing, dry hay , and green chopping.
Seed after frost and through July at 5 - 10 lb/acre in mixes, or 15 - 20 lb/acre alone.
