Overview

XenTari BT DF (Bacillus thuringiensis aizawai (Bta) strain ABTS-1857 (54%)) is a biological insecticide used against listed caterpillars (larvae) of lepidopterous insects. Some studies have shown Bt aizawai to be measurably more effective than Bt kurstaki against some pests, including corn earworms.

After ingestion of spores and toxins, the pest stops eating within an hour and dies within a couple of days. Dipel is harmless to beneficial insects, animals, and humans.

0.5 - 2 lbs/acre or 0.16 - 0.64 oz/gal of water. Treat when larvae are young (early instars) before the crop is damaged. Use sufficient spray volume to insure uniform deposition on all plant surfaces. Repeat every 3 to 14 days. Can be tank mixed with other labeled insecticides.

Just what I needed.

I had been buying another treatment that was ineffective for the coverage that I needed and it was very expensive. I use this product to treat waxed frames in beehives to eliminate wax moth larva. This is an excellent fit for that application. Seven Springs shipped promptly and provided a great product at a great price. Highly recommend.
