Seven Springs Farm Supply & New Country Organics Collaboration!
The last eighteen or more months have led most of us to consider how close we are to our food sources. For some, this curiosity has led to experimentation with potted vegetable and herb plants or the birth of a garden; for others, it has inspired the start of a small flock of chickens or perhaps the cultivation of a relationship with a local livestock farmer. For agricultural supply companies like us, the pandemic has created an elevated calling to better provide our customers with everything they need to grow better food than they can buy.
During this pandemic, we have been reminded how important it is to hone our own strengths and bring our individual gifts to the table. By banding together with our unique contributions and wisdoms, we can bolster the health of our communities and our environment. New Country Organics sees its greatest strength as producing the highest quality, certified organic feeds for poultry and livestock. Seven Springs Farm Supply has a powerful gift for providing effective and ecologically sound solutions for farmers of all kinds. That’s why we are excited to announce our new close collaboration with one another to jointly serve the homesteading community in Virginia and at large.
Cooperation between the two companies will allow customers easier access to an unrivaled line of products for farming and growing, gardening, homesteading, and caring for livestock at unbeatable prices. Seven Springs Farm Supply has become a member of New Country Organics’ Preferred Dealer Program and as such will offer a selection of feeds, minerals, and bedding products to their customers. Likewise, New Country Organics will offer a selection of Seven Springs’ fertilizers, seeds, pest management products, and more to theirs.
"Collaborating with New Country Organics brings to reality a passion to provide a localized supply chain to the farmers and homesteaders in our region,” Seven Springs CEO Eric Sharp recently explained. “Seven Springs has great respect for the New Country team and their vision which aligns so closely with our own that it feels natural to work together in providing superior materials and service to our region. It is an understatement to say that I am excited at the potential we have together and the opportunities to combine skills and resources while also striving to reduce our carbon footprint.”
“It’s not often in business that you feel an instant rapport with potential partners. That’s what I felt with Eric and Daniel from Seven Springs from our first meeting,” said Jim Campbell, CEO of New Country Organics. “Our two well-established companies in the organic feed and farming markets have similar values and are very complimentary, so it’s a wonderful opportunity to work together. I am utterly delighted to be collaborating with Eric and his team, and I look forward to a long and fruitful collaboration.”
Our companies intend to work together to secure supply chain and purchasing synergies that will help our customers achieve the best products at the best possible prices while also decreasing their carbon footprints. We look forward to the many new ways that we will be working together to bring our customers new and exciting offerings and making it easier to find the things you need for your farm or homestead!
